The HECSOs Summer School is starting today!
We’re warming up our engines to enjoy this 5-day event on Community Engagement, and we look forward to welcoming 30 participants from 5 EU countries.
Here’s an overview of the PROGRAMME!
Monday, June 3rd – CULTURAL WELFARE WITH THE COMMUNITY
Tuesday, June 4th – COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT IN A EUROPEAN PERSPECTIVE
Wednesday 5th – EMPOWERING DIVERSITY THROUGH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Thursday 6th – COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT FOR SOCIAL INCLUSION
Friday 7th – COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND INTERCULTURAL DIALOGUE
What’s in store for today?
We’ll gather at the Spazio BAC.
Antonio Fantasia, University of Torino, and Tiziana Ciampolini, S-NODI Learning Community, will be welcoming the Summer School’s participants.
Francesca Ricciardi, University of Turin, will get the activities started with an opening lecture.
We’ll be then enjoying the presentation of the Social and Community Theatre Centre and Barolo District.
Alessandra Rossi Ghiglione, University of Torino, will deep dive into “Engaging and empowering community members” to lay the foundation of the next days of the course.
We’re ready to start, and we’ll be happy to share updates as the course develops!
